I don't see much difference between sports drinks and soda. Both are high in carbs, sugar, junk, and why spend time, money and create more pollution.... JUST DRINK WATER. EAT HEALTHY FOOD. Just like MOM said. Thanks Peter, for keeping us on the path!

i have had 3 children the 1st on was bottle fed and slept in her crib from the time i brought her home, the 2nd was breastfed for 2 wks then bottle fed and he slept with me most nights, the 3rd is strictly breastfed and sleeps with me and daddy every night she will not sleep in her bed, i try and she wakes up i hold her and she is out. I believe that there is a certin motherly instinct that if you are not on anything you know your child is there and you will not harm that child. in the begining when she was only 5pounds daddy would sleep on the couch and let me and baby have the whole bed i believe this can be a wonderful experience especially if done smart and bring with it a soild and close bond like no other

Exercises, stretching included, are essential for not only the treatment of back pain, but also keeping the back healthy when you get out of pain, and better yet for prevention if you do not have back pain. It is sad to see that so many therapists, physicians, and chiropractors failed to give an exercise recommendation.

Thanks a lot Mr.Fits for your tips. For me, a support group really important. From they, we can gain some motivational inspiration and from us, they might learn somethings about health.

The most important thing is that they can educate us about the right way to diet according to our own metabolic type. We are different in term of genetic to others, so it's not feasible to force all of us into some preconceived diet plan.

Could this work the same with other food allergies, like CORN? And also, I am interested in whether, perhaps it is the other things you find with peanuts that might contribute to this finding, like fungus or microbes from things grown in the ground?

OK last question! Do we typicallly grow out of allergies? Or not.
Very interesting information, you do a great job informing us! Thanks.

I'm pumped about the nicer weather too -- but even more excited that I've lost 15 pounds! Half-way to my goal of losing 30 pounds, which will get me to my ideal weight. I saw the article on PDQHealth about how having money at stake improves your likelihood of reaching your weight goal -- so I placed a little friendly side bet of $20 that I can lose the second 15 pounds in the next 15 weeks. I must admit that it is an extra incentive. Not the money so much, but I really don't like to lose! :) I guess time will tell -- 15 weeks, to be exact.

The last 2 weeks were tough for me - a hip/low back injury sidelined me a bit, so my workout hours dropped significantly. But...I'm back! I started the week with a 3-hour Spin class on Saturday, followed by an hour Spin on Sunday with no hip pain, so I'm back on track.
